Le Daily Rock Festival est de retour ! Le samedi 20 janvier, rejoignez-nous pour du bon hard rock à l’Alhambra avec 3 artistes suisses.
La soirée sera un événement de soutien pour Daily Rock, le seul média indépendant orienté rock en Suisse romande. En plus des entrées habituelles, il y a plusieurs options pour soutenir Daily Rock soit avec un abonnement ou en achetant un ticket « Rock’N’Roll » qui inclut un “goodie bag” avec du merch d’artistes !!
The Daily Rock Festival is back! On January 20th, join us for a hard rocking at the Alhambra with 3 Swiss artists. The evening will be a support event for Daily Rock, the only independent rock-oriented media in French-speaking Switzerland. In addition to the usual tickets, there are several options for supporting Daily Rock, either with a subscription or by buying a « Rock’N’Roll » ticket which includes a « goodie bag » with artist merchandise!
STORACE
HARD-ROCK
Marc Storace a connu un succès international dès les années 70 avec le groupe culte suisse « TEA ». En 1979, Marc devient la voix de KROKUS. Après son premier album avec Marc, « Metal Rendez-Vous » (avec le hit « Bedside Radio »), l’ascension de KROKUS vers une carrière internationale couronnée de succès ne pouvait plus être arrêtée. Le groupe effectue plusieurs tournées mondiales et vend plus de 15 millions de disques. Après des querelles internes, KROKUS est dissous mais en 2008, KROKUS revient avec sa formation d’origine et repart en tournée, le succès est immédiat. Deux nouveaux albums certifiés platine suivis de tournées mondiales apporte la preuve que KROKUS est toujours au top. Décembre 2019, le groupe donne son concert d’adieu à guichets fermés au Hallenstadion de Zurich. En 2021, Marc sort son premier album solo et repart sur les routes avec son propre groupe « STORACE ». Nous nous réjouissons d’accueillir pour la première fois à Genève un morceau de la légende du rock suisse. Marc Storace interprétera à l’Alhambra des titres de son nouvel album mais aussi des hymnes de sa longue carrière !
Marc Storace enjoyed international success in the 70s with the cult Swiss band « TEA ». In 1979, Marc became the voice of KROKUS. After their first album with Marc, « Metal Rendez-Vous » (featuring the hit « Bedside Radio »), KROKUS’ rise to a successful international career was unstoppable. The band toured the world several times and sold over 15 million records. After some internal squabbling, KROKUS disbanded, but in 2008 they returned to their original line-up and toured again, with immediate success. Two new platinum-selling albums followed by world tours proved that KROKUS were still at the top of their game. In December 2019, the band played a sold-out farewell concert at Zurich’s Hallenstadion. In 2021, Marc released his first solo album and hit the road again with his own band « STORACE ». We’re delighted to be welcoming one of the Swiss rock legends to Geneva for the first time. Marc Storace will be performing tracks from his new album at the Alhambra, as well as anthems from his long career!

RASH PANZER
HARD CLASSIC ROCK
Rash Panzer joue du rock lourd, dur et puissant depuis 1979. Le groupe sort son premier album « Rock ‘n Roll Street » en 1988, produit par Dennis Weinreich (Jeff Beck, Procol Harum, etc.) et fait une tournée sur la côte est des USA en 1989 ce qui lui permet de se frayer un chemin dans les charts américains. De retour en Europe, Rash Panzer enregistre l’album « Rated X », produit par Rudy Lenners (Scorpions). Après quelques albums suupplémentaires, Rash Panzer choisit le REC Studio avec le producteur Serge Morattel (Lofofora, Knut, …) pour enregistrer son nouvel album « Liberation » qui sortira en 2023 juste avant d’être signé par le célèbre label allemand 7HARD. Le groupe prépare déjà un nouvel album intitulé « Born to Rock’n Roll » et sortira l’année prochaine.
Rash Panzer have been playing heavy, hard and powerful rock since 1979. The band released their first album « Rock ‘n Roll Street » in 1988, produced by Dennis Weinreich (Jeff Beck, Procol Harum, etc.) and toured the east coast of the USA in 1989, helping them to break into the American charts. Back in Europe, Rash Panzer recorded the album « Rated X », produced by Rudy Lenners (Scorpions). After a few more albums, Rash Panzer chose REC Studio with producer Serge Morattel (Lofofora, Knut, …) to record their new album « Liberation », to be released in 2023, just before being signed by the famous German label 7HARD. The band are already preparing a new album, ‘Born to Rock’n Roll’, for release next year.
